Shipping policy
Most orders are shipped according to shipping, unless we are experiencing high volume of orders, which would make processing 3-7 business days longer. Estimated Shipping times during checkout do not include processing times.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.Â
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Â
To start a return, you can contact us at Support@queensgrowthandbeyond.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package, you are also responsible for purchasing your own shipping return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Â

Shipping out of the CountryÂ
We ship worldwide. Customers out of the country, will have to pay for custom fees once items are shipped. We do not accept refunds for out of the country Purchases.
