Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During periods of high order volume, processing may take up to 3–7 business days.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Queen’s Growth & Beyond is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once packages are transferred to the shipping carrier, Queen’s Growth & Beyond is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file claims regarding delivery issues.

Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can review and resolve the matter promptly.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used haircare products may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
